POTATO SALAD


POTATO SALAD

Cook the potatoes in boiling water, let cool, and slice.

Dressing:

  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 heaping spoon mayo
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • dehydrated onions
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • chopped dill + parsley
  • salt + pepper to taste
