Ingredients:
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- sliced almonds (in the dough)
- cinnamon (on top)
- bit of vanilla extract and powdered ginger
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool 3-4 minutes. Cut and re-bake to brown for 5-10 minutes.
